300gm. Thick Chow Mein noodles have a more resistant bite and satisfying chew. They cook easily and won't stick to your pan. Simply soak, drain and serve with your other stir-fried ingredients. For a crispier finish, add a little oil and return to the wok with your other ingredients until heated through. The noodles don't soak up much oil and remain lightly textured and pliable without any sogginess. Just make sure you keep the wok hot! They're made without eggs and so are suitable for vegans.
