Annie's Wild Garlic Salt is our unique mix of wild garlic and natural sea salt. This very special seasoning salt is a truly idyllic culinary treat.
The wild garlics’ common name “Bear garlic” is from the belief that bears ate wild garlic to regain their strength after a long winter’s slumber.
It has a slightly lighter flavour than traditional bulb garlic and is known for its antiviral and antibacterial qualities.
You can create an amazing “Spring soup” with a pinch of Wild Garlic Salt, make your own wild garlic butter or a dip sauce. It goes well with potatoes, rice, pasta, meat, mushrooms, vegetables, fish ... the list is endless!
Finer version of our seasoned salt will give you the chance to season with precision. Ideal for use in any recipe where salt needs to be spread evenly and measured closely.
Wild garlic has a very short season and so the stock of our seasoned salt will be limited.
