*Asparagus may be substituted for suitable vegetable if out of season*. This meal kit can be used as a light lunch or tasty dinner. Sustainable Loch Duart Salmon fillets are large so if serving for 2 you may only need 1 (freeze the other) or if serving 4 you’ll have plenty to please all!
2 x Loch Duart Fresh Salmon Fillets
1 x Packet Rustichella Penne Pasta
1 x Jar Seggiano Basil Pesto
1 x Block Parmesan Cheese,
1 x Bunch British Asparagus
Oven Bake Salmon in hot 200 degree oven for approx 15 mins. Cook and drain pasta, Steam or boil asparagus/similar (1-2 mins) add pesto to pasta, mix, season, add veg, top with flaked salmon and serve with generous helping of parmesan.
