Let us take the hassle out of meal planning for you. In this pack you will get: 4 x boneless Sustainable Salmon fillets, 1kg new season potatoes, 2 different seasonal veggies, 1 lemon and a delicious Potts Hollandaise Sauce.
Cut potatoes in half, season and drizzle with olive oil/rapeseed oil then put on roasting tray - oven bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees. Salmon - drizzle with oil, season then either bake or grill (usually approx 10 mins on high heat). Veggies can be steamed or boiled then heat sauce according to instructions on packet. Serve with a Lemon wedge and enjoy!
