Spice up your life with this hot deal! This meal deal can serve up to 6 adults or you could freeze some chicken and keep the condiments for another meal!
4 x Fresh chicken breasts, 475gm Pot of Curry sauce co Tikka Paste, 1 x Coconut Milk, 500gm x Basmati Rice, 1 Large Garlic & Coriander Naan bread, 2 onions, spinach & Fresh Coriander to serve.
Add fresh chilli for a spicier taste. This curry is mild/medium heat on its own.
Dice chicken, Slice onions, chop coriander. Rinse desired amount rice in colander and set aside.
Heat a large pan, add a few drops of oil (olive/rape/sunflower). Keep pan at medium to high heat. Add chicken (season) and fry for around 5-10 mins. Add onions and stir through. Add tub of curry sauce, and stir. Add tin of coconut milk - stir then leave to simmer on low heat for around 30-40 mins.
Ten mins before serving - Cook rice (1 part rice to 2 parts warm tap water) all cooking instructions on back of rice packet. Heat Oven to 200 degrees - add Naan Bread for approx. 1-2 mins (we like to sprinkle with a little water before heating naan).
Serve Curry with a good handful of coriander and some extra chilli on top.
