This is on-the-bone smoked haddock, originally ’invented’ in the village of Findon, which you will find about five miles down the coast from Aberdeen. Ours, however is smoked especially for us by a company in Musselburgh. Traditionally used for Cullen Skink but has many culinary uses. Cold smoked with Green wood and Peat. Sold per 1 - approx 300gm-400gm. Use within 2-3 day’s of delivery. Suitable for home freezing. May contain bones.
