You will get: 500g Raw Frozen Tiger Prawns (defrost at home before cooking), 1 tub Really Garlicky Butter, 1 Lemon, 50gm fresh Basil, 1 red chilli & a packet of our delicious dried La Molisana Linguine.
Heat oven to 200 degrees. Pop cherry tomatoes on baking tray drizzle with olive/rapeseed oil & season. Prepare a pot of boiling water for pasta. Prep your prawns (defrosted) with seasoning (we pop them on kitchen roll for a minute or two) chop up chilli, tear basil. Heat Frying pan & drizzle some rapeseed/olive oil in hot pan. Put tomatoes in oven. Pop prawns in pan and pasta in boiling water. Follow cooking advice on packet for pasta. The prawns will turn pink when cooked (give them approx 2 mins on each side - ensure they are piping hot) add chilli and garlic butter to prawns then a good squeeze of lemon. Dish up linguine with all the juices and prawns poured over the pasta, put the cherry tomatoes on top and sprinkle with fresh basil!
