As with all our salts, we use fresh garlic to ensure all the flavour and strength of the garlic is captured within the natural sea salt mix. The garlic is sourced from the perfectly titled Really Garlicky company in Nairn.

Thanks to the gentle drying process, our mixtures retain all the nutrients, original color, taste and aroma of fresh herbs.
Our pouches with zip lock are made of kraft paper on the outside with inner PLA lamination. PLA is a "bioplastic" derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugar cane. Together with the use of ECO paint for print, it makes the packaging 100% compostable.
