Local chef from Inveraray’s Samphire Seafood Restaurant has produced a unique recipe using Aray Fish produce. These Luxury Fish cakes are made up with approx 25% premium quality Smoked Haddock & Salmon then coated in Panko breadcrumbs. These come with a delicious mornay sauce (in a recyclable separate tub). Packaged in an eco box of 4 per box. Recommended use 2 days after delivery. Oven bake the Fishcakes at 180• for 20 mins. Heat the sauce in sauce pan.
